“What can I say about the level and speed of service fron CYC,I ordered online about 3.15 pm on the 22nd Dec. received notification emails soon after. Emailed in the morning advising courier time slot will be between 11.55-12.55,goods delivered in that hour as informed. Astounding service that I didn't think existed in this country! Well done CYC for super products at great prices and super fast delivery! Thanks again,see you soon and have a great xmas & and a happy new year! Lee.”

Items have always been delivered promptly, in fact i was informed via email what time of day to expect delivery (always within minutes of forecast). “This is the 2nd time I have ordered and I have to say what a terrific service you provide. The website is easy to navigate and gives enough product information for a dope like me to order with confidence. Next day delivery and the little handwritten "Thank you", just goes to show that you care about customer service and satisfaction.”

“Very unhappy customer, firstly having to pay £4.95 in delivery was a bit steep, but CYC were slightly cheaper than the likes of Amazon/Halfords. Yet I was willing to pay the quoted delivery charge as I work long hours through the day and didn't want to pop along to Halfords to purchase the products. I shouldn't have bothered, the advertised "next day delivery" has turned into 3 days (and that's assuming it comes tomorrow!!). Think next time I'll just pop along to my local store and save myself the wait.”
