“Tim and the team at CYC are an absolute delight to do business with. Their helpful manner and prompt reply to any queries is refreshing to see in a market that appears to be saturated with other companies that just don't care once they've had your money. Delivery is fast, items are packed well enough to withstand a football game and everything I've ordered so far has been great. Looking forward to ordering my DAS 6 from these guys and intending to use them as my only source of products from now on. Thanks very much.”

“Just a quick note to say superb website with the user reviews really help. Fast dispatch.. Opening a box that is perfectly packed and wrapped items with real care and thought. Nice compliment slip in there also signed.. Delivery via DPD has a stated hour they will be with you (and was).. Great company to deal with”

“I used the courier delivery because I knew from previous experience that DPD give a one hour delivery window, which is very useful. I got the email on Mon 3rd saying "On the morning of the Tuesday 4th August you'll receive a 1 hour delivery window and you'll be able to live track your order on its way to you." By 11.50am on Tues 4th I'd had no email so I replied to you asking for an explanation. At 11.09am I had another email saying "Your Cleanyourcar.co.uk order will be delivered today between 07:00-20:00" Astounded by that I replied again and asked for an explanation. You made no reply and as a consequence I had no way of knowing if the information I did have was accurate. I was not sure whether or not the parcel would be delivered on the stated day. The info "will be delivered today between 07:00-20:00" is only slightly more useful than saying nothing. The parcel was eventually delivered by a man in a non-DPD liveried van. I asked him what happened to the advised 1 hour delivery slot but the question seemed to be beyond him. Compared to previous deliveries from you this episode was most unsatisfactory.”

“Order arrived by courier (an hour delivery window provided the afternoon before) within a couple of working days. Great shine now on my black Audi A3 after using Poorboys Black Hole and finishing off with Poorboys Nattys Blue Paste Wax. Did it by hand in one day so considering a DA polisher now as fingers of polishing hand feeling rather sore.”

“Ordered some Victoria concourse wax 3oz pot to my surprise received a 6oz pot and a nice note from will explaining they didn't have any 3oz in so a 6 was sent. OVER THE MOON!!!”

“I don't normally write product reviews but after months of trying ways of polishing out scouring pad damage I think I should! I purchased Meguiars Body shop #9 Swirl Remover plus a ShineMate - Blue T60 Medium Cut Foam and using my Makita on very slow speed in no time I'd removed all the offending scratches and was back to shiny paint. I have a dark blue car so the improvement is stunning.”

“I used clean your car web site for the first time yesterday at 14:15 with next day delivery and order arrived about 11am very impressed. Still to try out the products I ordered so will comment on those later. A big thumbs up for the quality of the packaging used and even a hand written thank you note was enclosed. Will definitely be using this company again in the near future.”
