“I have now had three orders with various products - the service is ace ad the products even better, definitely a five star retailer. ( also when i forgot an item i rang after the order was placed they manually added the additional item to avoid double shipping costs.) just great service. As for products their micrfibre towels ad polishing colths are better quality than all the known brads i have tried and the P40 detailing spray is the best invention ever!”

“Wow. Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a couple of almost last minute presents from here and i was a little bit worried they would take a while to arrive. Placed the order early afternoon one day and it arrived the very next morning under 24 hour postage. Not only was the delivery prompt, i was pleasantly surprised to see a hand written note within thanking me for my order. It was also very well packaged. This was probably the best online service I've had in a very long time, even better that it was at this time of year. I'm only disappointed i didn't order more things, but rest assured i will be ordering all my cleaning supplies on here from now on. Thanks!”

“With this being my first order from the site, I was quite dissapointed at the dispatch time. My order was made on late on Monday night/early Tuesday morning and as such would have been received first thing on Tuesday at the opening of business. It was Thursday however before it was dispatched. This is not an acceptable time scale for an online retailer in a climate where the vast majority of Internet retailers dispatch goods on the day of purchase, or at latest the following day. I would very much like to see a faster turn around of items on any orders placed in future.”

“I started using CYC 1.5 year ago and up to date I can only say the best for this shop! They are always there to respond to any question that you might have, name it email or phone, excellent packing and expedited shipping. I will keep using this shop for all my future orders and have already suggested same to many of my friends, you can't go wrong if you go with CYC :)”
