“The goods arrived promptly. Then I found that the pump stopped working after a few strokes, consequently I found that the product was unable to be applied. Very disappointing to say the least.”

“Never having used a seperate wax before I ordered a small 30cc jar of Purple Haze for my Land Rover Discovery. I was amazed at not only the wonderful shine but the fact I did the whole vehicle, including two applications on the roof and bonnet, and only used 1/3 of the pot. Well pleased and will keep using this product.”

“Received items on time, have washed our car using "Snow Foam" to remove rural grime, then washed the car with wash/wax product, and finally dried with towels, also bought, the result was amazing, then it rained, car protected by wash/wax. Highly delighted. Worth the effort!”

“Hi. Just received my first order from Cleanyourcar.co.uk which was recommended to me by a friend. Very impressed. Order updates were good, special delivery instructions option was useful, and goods were very well packaged with a hand written compliment slip inside. Nice touch. “Although there were a couple of things I wanted out of stock, firstly it’s a shame that an alternative can’t be recommended, as a newbie to detailing, it’s good advice that’s needed. But that said, I found the website fairly easy to navigate, Fing the product types I was looking for and then your left with third party reviews from people who have used the product. Now reviews aren’t always much to go on. I mean I could review something from this site, hundreds buy it, but was it used right, and achieve what I wanted it to. Pick snow foam. I use it expecting it to be big and foamy loosen dirt, but it just drips off. The dirt is loose and the car is prewashed, I say it’s crap because there’s no big avalanche of bubbles and foam. Sometimes professional or site owners could recommend. And what goes well what, good places to start etc. That’s not a gripe about service though, order easily placed, PayPal we all know is simple and easy to use, two days later, goods delivered, well packaged. Can’t say better than that really. Thanks a lot, great service, recommended, I’ll come here for my stuff. When I’ve learnt what stuff I want to get my car clean looking it’s best and shiny. Cos we all like shiny things!! Thanks.”

“Very good service and very easy to find what you want as well. Has everything in stock and the prices are very competitive. I've ordered numerous times from here and never had an issue, delivery time has been great too. Only thing I'd like is retaining the points even if discount codes are applied. Otherwise you lose out on all the loyalty points which unfortunately I have lost out on with my multiple orders. Other than that, these guys are my go-to for stocking up!”

“I've known Tim and the CYC brand since its inception and while I'm no longer an avid detailer I'm still surprised at the level of customer satisfaction Tim and his team manage to maintain even after growing to 10x their original size. I ordered a single bit on Friday morning as a gift for a friend and the postman dropped my order off on Saturday morning ,with a hand written personal note included. I firmly believe great customer service goes a long way and shows the value of supporting small independent companies. Keep up the great work lads (& lasses) and I wish even more success in the future.”

“Was very pleased with CleanYourCar, until i tried to get a part replaced which failed after a few months. 3 months later, and with wait after wait, i have had to order elsewhere. No replies to some emails and phone calls. Am now ordering many things elsewhere”
