“Excellent service as usual guys. Used the Sonax Brilliant Shine QD on the unwashed bonnet of the wife's car, and wow, how impressed am I. Then used it on my just washed and waxed car, and think I've found my favourite QD ever. Easily applied and buffed off (with my new super soft CG microfiber cloths), this stuff really is good.”

“This is the first time using this site,and as im currently living in spain im looking for easy payment and delivery charges. This site has a vast choice of product from many brands all in on place,and as im browsing the site found other members that have items posted abroad,rang the phone number and spoke to Tim who gave information on delivery and products i was interested in.I went for the DAS-6 Dual Action Polisher - Menzerna Intro. Kit,Dodo Juice - Basics of Bling Shampoo 500ml,placed my order and waited for my dispatch email and tracking.The next email confirmed my order had being dispatched with tracking via dpd,having not used the company before,i was curious to see what there TRACKING in europe was like.Tracking was very good much better than others who only give you tracking until it leaves the uk then nothing,this was very good and didnt have to spend days guessing when the parcel would arrive.Very pleased with my items and the CLEAN YOUR CAR canvas case external and internal storage pockets and a wire framed zip GREAT.Just had any email and my next item is back in stock R222,oh well that means another order.”

“I've used CYC for around 2 years now and every order has gone without a hitch. Every time I've made a query it has been dealt with and answered swiftly. Also, they almost always have what you need in stock which is rare these days. Their product range is second to none and new products that I actually want are regularly added. Little touches such as enclosing a hand written 'thank you' slip just enforce the feeling that this company cares abut its customers. As a small business owner myself, I am always impressed by the way CYC has developed including the huge comunity they have built on their forum etc. The only niggle I have is that they still don't sell screen wash which makes no sense whatsoever! All in all though, a fantastic service at a competitive price. Well done CYC from one very happy customer!”

“Poor service from the delivery company DPD. The first email sent with a tracking number did not work and then it was delivered to a neighbour and a card with a cryptic message was left. I do not want my deliveries left with anyone in the street, and I would like to have this option when making the order. I don't yet have the package - the shop where DPD left the goods is not open (and it is a long weekend). Not happy.”
