“Had a delivery go wrong this week but a call to CYC ( Dave ) and all seemed to be sorted Dave arranged a fresh delivery late on the Thursday for Friday delivery This also had issues but a 2nd call to Dave and all sorted, package safely delivered Friday afternoon Thank you Dave and CYC for an Outstanding service. Regards”

“Ordered 1 gallon of FinishKare 425 @ 13.30 & took delivery @ 10.45 the following morning and the product was very well packaged in a sealed bag and strong box . The staff were very helpful over the phone and confirmed my order and delivery details by email . A really excellent service . This is my second purchase of FinishKare 425 , it gives a really top class finish over Crystal Glo acrylic vehicle polish , High gloss & long lasting . A big thanks to all at CYC .”

“I have just recently started using cleanyourcar.co.uk with an interest/hobby in detailing my car and from the very beginning the service has been impeccable. Not only are you notified immediately with a breakdown of your purchases but also the delivery tracking element, which I find most useful. Tim also managed to help me with an item which I wanted added to my order very last minute and he kindly walked me through the process and subsequently everything was spot on just as he said it would be. I have every bit of confidence with these guys and I will continue to use this site as my preferred supplier of all car cleaning related products. Thanks again, Mr Matthews”

“I ordered my products on Thursday, after adding another item before placing the order I noticed the delivery price had increased and worse the delivery time had increased from two days to up to 3 days. I complained over the phone about this and did not receive a reasonable answer. My products eventually turned up on the Monday which meant I lost the chance over the weekend to do some detailing trials. Disappointing. I have placed orders here on a number of occasions and so have my friends on my recommendation without being disappointed I hope this is just a one off.”
