“I wish this message for your information and not necessarily for publication. A reason or me not trading with you more frequently is my fear of my order not arriving. I say this because our household is not always occupied during the working week days and so I elect to have my deliveries made to my wife's works address. Despite the fact that I enter the address correctly your system omits a very significant part. Royal Mail do extremely well when they deliver a parcel addressed to Mrs Jackie Tranter, Southgate Pickering etc. as opposed to Jackie Tranter, Pickering Medical Practice Southgate Pickering ETC. Why ask for company name if your system omits to print it?”

“I am not a car cleaning nut but having bought a brand new car a few months ago I wanted to treat it right. I have used Clean Your Car a couple of times now and I find the website and forums to be very easy to follow and they help point me in the right direction of what I need and what's recommended by other customers. The prices seem reasonable compared to elsewhere and getting the delivery sent by DPD is a great idea as they give you a one hour window of when it will be delivered and seem to stick to this so no more waiting around all day. So this will definitely be my regular site for car cleaning purchases and can recommend it to others.”

“Clean Your Car seem to have a really good and efficient service. The delivery communications were excellent, with a last e-mail early in the morning giving an accurate time of delivery, within a one hour period. The delivery was made within the first ten minutes of that window, as promised. I can't rate this service highly enough as I didn't have to wait around all morning and I was able to get other things done. The goods, a DAS 6 and various polishing pads etc, arrived very well packed without anything rattling around in the box. The prices from Clean Your Car are as good, if not better, than other companies and having such a wide choice, including complete machine and polish packages, is excellent. I can really recommend these guys and they will be my first stop next time when I need to replenish stock.”

“This review is based on my first order from CYC. Having browsed the site for many weeks at the products I decided to take the plunge and make an order. Having read discussions on an owners club I'm a member on it somewhat seemed the right thing to do! I have to say the products available are monumental, where do you begin? With advice etc I made a first small order based on reviews. Today I received my order in a timely fashion and was very pleased with the service, even a nice 'Thank You' slip inside for my custom (you guys are welcome). I've already got a wish list (in fact I made it before I received my order) for the next time. All in all a great experience from a company who clearly value their customers. I'll be back...”

“hi tim thanks for the email. very fast service and love all the products in the sight. one small bug the bilberry alloys cleaner was leaking and was upside down in the box upon delivery. dident lose to much of it so its all ok with me. may of just been the fult of DPD”

“I have ordered from clean your car twice now the products are top quality also the service is excellent everything is extremely well packaged and to top it all of everything is delivered by DPD meaning it arrives on time and in perfect condition I can't rate this company high enough it's nice to see a company that takes its customer service seriously i will defiantly be ordering again many thanks”

“I have placed quite a few orders from CYC now, and I have to say the service is amazing. Always kept informed about delivery dates/times and always really well packaged. “Placing the order on late Monday - products arrived by Wednesday ! I was informed all the way as to the state of the order even to be told what time it\'s was arriving, which it did !
