“The power rise and fall mechanism failed on our G Plan sofa which was out of warranty cover. One phone call and spoke to Robert who with his colleague came out to us the following day. All now working with a new switch. Brilliant service and no charge. Well done Claytons After Sales team.”

“Really pleased with the carpet but so impressed with timing of fitting service. We were told when we bought the carpet that we were the second job on the list for that day, however no fitters at 12.30 so had to ring to find out where they were, told they were at the chip shop and would be there in 20 mins they turned up at 3 pm, what a long 20 mins !!!! Ended up having to take full day off work when we were lead to believe it would only be a morning job, full day wasted.”

“A* service. Couldn't fault at all. I called through for a repeat order of a carpet for a different room in a different colour. The lady called Lynda, was most accommodating and even text me a picture of the colours of the carpet so I could choose. Very efficient service, fitter arrived on time and on the date specified. Very happy customer, would definitely recommend.”
