“Visited many carpet shops. Popped into Clayton by chance. Was so delighted to meet the personnel. They are dedicated to the customers needs and I needed advice on which carpet to choose. I was shown a range to include low medium and top ranges. There was no pressure to purchase. The quality of the sticks speak for themselves. The people were second to none on e ery level. Respectful knowledgeable giving customer the time needed no hard sales tactics. Above all I was really pleased to be given carpet samples to take away. Itherstoresdidnit provide samples which I found really disappointing. The carpet fitters turned up dead on time. They were fast efficient with a friendly and professional delivery. An A1 store with triple x factor on every level... Quality Priducts...excellent value for money... Professional.... People with integrity.... Whole service a to zcannot be faulted at all.”

“In store service - very helpful with choice and measurements. Delivery - Very nice and efficient gentleman. Fitting - Arrived on time. Had a problem with levelling all the wardrobes, he sorted this out. Very professional, covering his shoes. Very good at communication, good job done and I will recommend”
