“Really happy with Claytons. They have been helpful right from the start. I was very impressed with the staff in the shop who were very knowledgable and not pushy. The selection in their shop is huge. Excellent quality and well fitted. Will use again and would not hesitate to reccommend to friends and family. Thanks Claytons”

“Excellent service from when we went into the shop to enquire about carpets to the carpet being fitted. Shaun, the carpet fitter, did a fantastic job. Mick, on shop floor, was so helpful finding the right carpet for us. Couldn't recommend them enough. Will definitely be using them for the carpets around the rest of the house.”

“Good quality carpets and staff are friendly. Had issues with wrong carpet being fitted (better than ordered but not the exact colour/detail we wanted), but this was dealt with and correct carpet fitted swiftly.”

“Price - very competitive. Web site - very easy to use and order. Communication/Customer Service - Excellent. Delivery - exactly as promised and of a high standard. The DX delivery guys were careful and thorough and nothing was too much trouble. The furniture was packed and wrapped to death. Nothing was going to damage it. I highly recommend Claytons. Well done!”

“After shopping around, we decided to use Claytons recently for fitting some flooring , I found them very helpful, patient and honest and I did not feel they were pushy like other companies. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and thanked us for coming back to them (these are the small differences that made the service better). We were then very happy with the service carried out and the flooring adviced by the gentlemen in the shop looks great , and the guys fitted it perfectly. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend using Claytons and use the company again for myself.”
