“Visited Clayton's, on a recommendation from a friend as we were looking for a chair. The range was excellent with all the names you would expect in an English furniture shop. However we couldn't find quite what we wanted, then we met Glynis, who took the time to explain the various options available in the rise and recline range. We never purchase on impulse, but after Glynis revealed the price we made an immediate purchase, as we had already looked at several which were much more expensive. The lead time was remarkably quick, and delivered by Jake to the exact spot we wanted. My husband is delighted with his chair, and overall it was a very satisfying process. I recommend this retailer highly for making this purchase simple and quick. Will be visiting again in future. 5 star.”

“We spent many hours there today trying to decide on the suite, the material to cover it and the carpet to go with both. Glynis and Mike were absolutely brilliant bringing not only different carpet samples, but also large pieces they had in store to get a better perspective of the combination. Nothing was too much trouble. You can tell that for Glynis it’s not just a job but a vocation by her dedication and attention to detail. We both exceedingly pleased with the service.”
