“In store sales had good product knowledge and offered great assistance and guidance. delivery was as promised with excellent communication. Fitting staff were very professional, fast and efficient. “Excellent customer service in store at all times. Friendly helpful staff. Products were delivered at said time in a clean and tidy way. Delivery men were friendly and worked obligingly. Fitter Paul assembled bedroom furniture as we required in a very clean and efficient way. We wouldn't hesitate to use Clayton's again.”

“Problems with customer services. La Z Boy chair, leather peeling, seat sagging, frame wobbly. Passed to a third Party for inspection. Took six weeks and hours of waiting in. Now Homeserve say invalid claim. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR LA Z BOY 10 year warranty!!! Gave one star as no star not an option. I’m very disappointed with Claytons Carpets in Lincoln.”

“Friendly, cheerful staff who were considerate of covering our flooring/carpets to keep them clean when delivering our wardrobe. Wardrobe covered and corners protected when delivered. Good quality, good service, competitive prices!”

“Claytons team did our carpets, master bedroom and spare bedroom, beds.... We have just had another delivery! we keep going back again and again because from the store visit to the delivery /installation the team is friendly, knowledgeable and good value. We will be back and recommend to friends. Top Class!”

“We had our carpets fitted in stages. That was no problem with Claytons and the fitters remembered us from the last time. They were polite, quick! and very tidy. They've got to have earned 5 stars”

“We ordered our carpet in December 21019. Nigel took our order. He was a very pleasant surprise compared to 2! other carpet warehouses. They didn't show that they were Happy to help, Nigel did. He gave us samples, advice, the carpets on sale, the wear each carpet would give us and more. His customer manner was the best. And we had to jiggle our dates around the work we were having done. No bother to him. He fitted (pardon the pun) our fitting date to suit us. I'm sure all Claytons representatives are good but Nigel was our type of carpet salesman. He is a credit to his boss, retired boss Derrick. Derrick was such a good carpet salesman too I worked with him when selling houses in Sleaford 34 years ago. I often thought that he looked like the guy in his advert. But back to Nigel thanks Nigel Thanks”

“In store service absolutely excellent. Glyniss so patient, helpful and gave great advice which was very much appreciated. Delivery drivers also excellent and friendly, ensuring new furniture was carefully unpacked and put into position as requested. Thank you”
