“We were given excellent service in the store . The guy that served us was more than helpful. However we were a little disappointed when the carpet fitter said I should pay £ 10 extra for laying the underlay which we provided ourselves and took less than five minutes to lay . . The fitting charge £ 49.99 was paid in store at the time of purchase. I didn't pay the £10 because I think the fitting price was adequate for a 11ft x 11ft 6inch room with no grippers to install as they were already down . I have purchased most of my carpets from Clayton's and am always happy to recommend them as I just have done to my daughter”

“Excellent service in every way, staff very friendly and make sure you get the best deal, carpet fitters did an excellent job fitting the carpet and cleaned any mess they made, I've given them 5 stars because they deserve it. Can't get better then Clayton carpets.”

“Chose Claytons for stairs and landing carpet as have used them before and returned due to great customer service, knowledgeable staff and solid aftersales which I value as much as price. Great fitting service. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone”
