“we have yet to receive our lazy boy chair but the ordering process was excellent.glynis got us on video and with simons help showed us different models and fabrics.nothing too much trouble for them”

“The service from Glynis at Claytons has been fantastic, the FaceTime call showing us the furniture was really informative, right from sending out sample leathers and being able to view the store remotely was very helpful. There wasn’t any hard sell, just great product knowledge. Fantastic customer service cannot wait until our furniture arrives.”
