“Fantastic service. Dealt with an issue we had (no fault of there’s just a delay with the supplier) and allowed us to choose a different carpet which was fitted in the next 2 days. The fitter was kind, courteous and kept everything very tidy. Thank you.”

“DO NOT GO ON A SUNDAY. Arrived today 01/09 1130. 2 staff on [not their fault] Both serving customers and filling in forms. 3 other couples in front of us waiting to be served. After a full 20 minutes we could wait no longer for service. Upon leaving another came out too and left with same complaint to me. Shame on you Claytons. You want to sell but not employ adequate staff. Well you can take the price off a through lounge carpet which we have just purchased elsewhere. Now we can get on with our day! Not Sunday if you need a service.”

“The Man who can to fit our grey stairs carpet was very professional on his job and knew what he was doing. We live in a old cottage and the staircase wasn’t easy with bends etc.. we love it and will definitely use you again. Thank you”

“Great service both in store & during fitting. Claytons enabled us to pick the carpets we wanted in one go but then fit them as & when the rooms were ready. The fitters were quick & efficient. Really friendly team.”

“First rate service at Claytons store by Nigel who could not have been more helpful. Managed to meet a challenging fitting date after another supplier had let us down. Carpets fitted beautifully by Gary who was a really nice chap to have in our house. Will definitely use Claytons as our first choice in future.”

“Today my husband and myself purchased two Lazyboy sofas from Claytons Lincoln. We were initially helped by a number of the staff but it was Glynis who completed our purchase. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products on sale without being at all pushy. We have made a number of purchases over the years with Claytons and would highly recommend them. They sell good quality products at competitive prices and have expert knowledge to advise the customers.”

“We would like to thank the staff at Claytons for their excellent service when we bought our suite last week. Ian outlined all our possibilities at our initial 'browsing' visit very helpfully. Glynis, Simon and Tom spent a lot of time with us advising and suggesting, so that we could make the best choice for our needs. At no time was their any sales pressure, just well informed, helpful service. We thoroughly recommend Claytons, Lincoln to everyone.”

“We have had a lounge carpet fitted last December and a couple of months ago hallway stairs and landing excellent service for both. Would not use anyone else. When the kitchen is ready we will be having them again”
