“Ordered shirt, came next day which was fantastic but realised ordered wrong size. i emailed claudio but they have still to reply ( week later) i have since ordered the correct size as a gift so i am unable to open it but looks good and again arrived on time.. still awaiting a call back on original as it needs to be returned”

“Paid 8 days ago including additional for next day delivery for a birthday present. Shirt still hasn’t arrived, no information or update has been provided, no response or any acknowledgement to emails sent. Have tried calling but not managed to get hold of anyone so far. Very poor delivery and customer service. Extremely disappointing - online sales shouldn’t be this difficult.”

“I purchased 2 shirts from their website and I've got to say they ooze quality and style. I haven't seen anything like their designs elsewhere and as they're printed in small runs you are unlikely to run into anyone else wearing the same shirt. If you want to be an individual go for a Claudio shirt, they're superb.”

“I purchased a shirt as a present and wanted to enclose a message. Although Claudio don’t have this option on their site Nev sorted it out.....they enclosed a handwritten card with my message. Great service!”

“My husband loves these shirts and has bought 3 in the last year. We live in Australia and have never had a problem with prompt delivery. Our only problem was not being able to get an xl shirt that was popular many seasons ago. You sold out”
