“Shirt was beautiful as usual Dpd driver useless supposed to be next day turned up a day late I was watching him out of my kitchen window didn't get out of the van opened my front door and he just drove away a minute later got a sorry we missed you your parcel will be delivered to your local pick up point ...my local pick up point is 2/5 miles away I've got thirteen of your shirts this could put me off ordering any more if its being delivered by Dpd sorry for the moan but I did need the shirt for the next day”

“Total fiasco First they sent the wrong shirt , and said on the phone it was “human error “ and that to post it back and they would send the correct one ? Why not send the right one immediately? I told them because of the delay in receiving the new shirt , it would have to be sent to a different address, told them of the new address on the phone, by email and in a letter enclosed with the returned shirt , but they have sent the replacement to my old address an hours drive away , there was no one there to receive it . So now I’ve no shirt , no refund of postage , and no reply from last email. What rubbish service.”

“Excellent product, excellent service going above and beyond. I’d seen Ainsley Harriet wearing a shirt and emailed him and asked who’s it was, he sent a link to Claudio Lugli, then their customer service to find one after a lot of searching, then posted to me. Fantastic. My brother is overjoyed with his shirt it fits perfectly. So yes I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Claudio Lugli. Thank you.”

“A stand out shirt. Well cut and fits beautifully. Fabulous, colourful statement designs. You turn up at the party wearing your Claudio and everyone notices you. You look around and realise how boring and uninspiring all other shirts are. Uber cool 😎!!!”
