“Absolutely disgusted. I ordered a lucky jacket dip from their sales page. They didn’t send me a Lugli, turns out they have been pushing friends of Luglis jackets advertised as lugli. I received a grey Zegman jacket that retails on eBay for £60. Not a lucky dip! A con. Disgusted by your betrayal”

“I honestly can’t recommend Claudio Lugli highly enough. I ordered one of his fabulous shirts which arrived in under 24 hours but was sadly too small. I phoned him directly and he sent out a larger size immediately which I received a mere 21 hours later. Superb service, styling and quality. Customer care is second to none.”

“I love your shirts but recently my wife bought me a bottle cap shacket having bought a few Shackets from feraud before was disappointed with the quality of the jacket for the money £150. Shackets are supposed to be a shirt/jacket your shackets Will not keep u warm like the other ones I have purchased. Print is great but quality not .”

“The quality of the shirts are excellent... Sadly the courier company did not deliver to the address or carry out the instructions I'd given on their web site options. I live in a difficult road for vehicles but I do not believe the driver came to the house. Had to pick up from local shop which did not help me”
