“Bought 2 more short sleeved Claudio Lugli shirts because they fit me so well and the quality and designs are like no other! The communication and delivery time could not be better and i plan a visit to treat myself to a suit in the spring.”

“I purchased a shirt on September 14th, and I have had non stop problems with the shipping. Apparently it had issues going through customs which the team at Claudio Lugli did try and sort out. I appreciated their efforts, but it's now been a month since they last emailed me and I still have not received this item. I have sent 2 polite follow up inquiries, neither of which were answered. I sent another email today, as my tracking details show it is now going back to the facility for some reason. I understand this company is not in charge of the delivery, but their lack of communication is getting really frustrating and it's been 2 months since I purchased this item. Which was meant to be a gift for my partner back in October. I will absolutely not be ordering from this company again unless they contact me and try and sort this out. I'm at the point of resorting to angry reviews in order to hear back.”

“Purchased the fitted jacket with purple piping. CL were spot on with the 'very fitted' description. The arms are 'very fitted', so if you have any sort of muscle tone you probably won't get your arm in. Overall the jacket is very, very nice. Fabulous material and lining as always with a CL product. It will prevent me from putting weight on though!”

“Excellent company from the service provided to the quality of these unique shirts - believe my husband has around 12 now and with the right laundry care all have worn well. Hence it is with reluctance I give 4 stars due to the the shirt packaging, whilst serving it's purpose to protect the shirts well, is truly awful for a luxury expensive item often presented as a gift, it really should come boxed.”

“Order processed efficiently. Sadly delivery experience was poor. Item did not arrive on day specified. Courier advised that the delivery would be made in 3 days time (no weekend delivery) and address confirmed. Received text on the new delivery day informing me that delivery would not be made and to request a new delivery date. I rearranged for the following day and it did arrive. This was after I contacted Claudio Lugli and spoke to a lovely lady who dealt with my concerns regarding the courier service. Impressed with the shirt, happy with my dealings with Claudio Lugli but not happy with the service of the courier company.”
