“Disappointed that you haven’t responded to my written complaint sent to your enquires email address. It wasn’t about the shirt I purchased which was actually a present for a friend on this occasion. If it had been for me I wouldn’t have bought it because of the postage charge of £16 to the Isle of Man. You need to find a more competitive provider. Additionally, your website says free postage for orders over £150 which isn’t the case for the IoM so you need to change that. I appreciate it might be a small market but as a point of principle, even as a fan of your shirts, I won’t buy anymore until this position changes.”
