“The item I ordered was too small so it had to be returned and there was no other size available to exchange, although I was refunded for the purchase swiftly I am still out of pocket by £13 as delivery was £6 and it cost £7 to return the item, most other companies offer free returns ??”

“I have to say I was extremely pleased with the service I had. The original order was too small so we reordered. The second shirt was out of stock but the shop assistant went round the store taking photos of alternatives which he assured us would be sent the next day (Saturday) as we had a wedding to go to on the Monday. The quality of the shirt was well worth the money and I would like to personally thank Nav who sent the photos via mobile for us to choose. Ten out of ten for service and we would recommend to all family and friends. My husband will be choosing further styles from Claudio.”

“Huge problems with the website. The kapcha ( for the log in) system doesn't work and can not be avoid. Which was absolutely unnecessary and drives me mad. Wasted hours to log in and purchase”

“Since I found Claudio Lugli I have not gone back. The design fits me so so well and I have never wore their shirt without people asking where they can get it or pass comment. Lovely brand I'm in love with it. It does make a statement on you”

“I've had a couple of Claudio Lugli shirts in the past and the quality is really great ,so for a family Christening I purchased a plain Pink Houndstooth insert Shirt and as usual the quality was great but it was too small so i decided to purchase a larger one and as time was limited I paid for my new Shirt £90.00 plus delivery £6.00 and returned my first shirt for a refund,Im not sure why I received a refund of £87.00 not the full £90.00 but £3.00 has cost Claudio Lugli a bad review and a CUSTOMER...I won't be buying from them again!!”
