“I've had a couple of Claudio Lugli shirts in the past and the quality is really great ,so for a family Christening I purchased a plain Pink Houndstooth insert Shirt and as usual the quality was great but it was too small so i decided to purchase a larger one and as time was limited I paid for my new Shirt £90.00 plus delivery £6.00 and returned my first shirt for a refund,Im not sure why I received a refund of £87.00 not the full £90.00 but £3.00 has cost Claudio Lugli a bad review and a CUSTOMER...I won't be buying from them again!!”

“Unfortunately my order was sent out in the wrong size. It was agreed after a phone call that the new one would be delivered yesterday and the other shirt picked up. After waiting in all day neither happened. The new one is due to be delivered today and I’ve rearranged for the original one to be picked up tomorrow as the time slot for today was so vague! Not particularly impressed with the service although the shirts are lovely.”
