“I complained by email that my delivery date had been missed and package had gone on a magical mystery tour around Europe but got no reply. Rubbish customer service for a sizable order.”

“Having placed an order online I was contacted to be told the size ordered should not have been shown as available on the site.. the gentleman who I spoke to could not have been more helpful in rectifying the situation...Due to the current lockdown I haven’t had the opportunity to try the items purchased out but was extremely happy with how they fit and look..”

“Efficient delivery. Fitted me perfect. I have bought many shirts off this site and will continue to do so. The patterns are 99% as sharp to the advertised pictures. I have bought clothes from several other suppliers and have been disappointed. In comparison to their pictures, the patterns on the actual items look as though they have been washed many times.”

“I ordered the shirt for my husband’s birthday. It arrived very quickly and was a beautiful quality. He looks lovely in it. He has a few Claudio Lugli shirts but I’ve never bought online before, there were so many to choose from. I’ll be buying him more !!”
