“The quality of the shirt is great but I have issues with the after-sales I bought my shirt thinking it would be delivered before I went away it was not when. I rang the office to find out why I was told the shirt was not in the UK until the following week so I arranged for the shirt to be delivered when i returned. Whilst I was away i received an e-mail from DPD stating they would deliver my shirt on the 20th of July(whilst I was still away)so I had to re-arrange the delivery time etc so I would receive my shirt when I returned to the UK. After arranging with the sales office to have my delivery put on hold until I returned the message did not get passed on”
