“Recently purchased several items from you,one being a Villiers embossed gear change rubber this item was quite expensive being embossed and of a high quality so was priced accordingly. Disappointed to find you had sent a gear change rubber that was dirty and looked almost second hand and was not embossed, disappointed customer.”
