“The website is very good, the products are of very good quality and communication is perfect! Also the prices are ok. Only the taxes I have to pay in Belgium before it will be delivered are very high. 50% of the total amount is much to high. That's because other people and I always hesitate to by in the UK. But anyway, Classic Bike Parts Cheshire top!!!”

“Having recently purchased an item that was unfortunately not suitable for what was intended and as described, no fault of classic bikes parts, the service we received was second to none. They were aware of the problem and handled the aftercare excellently. Everything was dealt with efficiently and very professionally. This has only added to our likeliness in using the company in future. We would certainly recommend this firm to anyone. 😊”

“Parts were fine when I received them. Unfortunately one item was out of stock even though it showed in stock when I ordered. I had to contact the dealer to find this out and had to wait for the parts to be sent.”

Regrettably we are not always able to supply the parts ordered. This is often due to the fact that the parts for classic bikes are made in small batches and although we try to keep stock on hand occasionally we have to rely on stock from our suppliers. When we are unable to manufacture or obtain the part in a reasonable timescale we always offer a refund. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review.
