At the last minute the timing of our flights to and from Spain changed. Clarify were very helpful in sorting the timings out with the car rental company with no additional cost. Matter was also dealt with very promptly.

The measure of a truly outstanding company is not just delivering their bog-standard product or service but how they handle things when things go awry for the customer. Problems happen, that’s life, and I will admit I was most unhappy when mine transpired, BUT Clarify leapt straight on it, did everything conceivable in their power to resolve, and the nett result is that not only will I return as a customer but have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. At the time of booking I hadn’t realised they are a family company but I now believe this “vested interest” is what confirms them as truly caring about the customer. Excellent.

Very easy process, they made it very clear and went out of their way to help me with a query about cross border car hire. David even called the car hire company for me personally to check. I will definitely be using their services in future.

Wow, Clarify customer service go above and beyond! Patiently explaining the finer detail and doing what they say on the tin, clarifying everything! After I spoke they also picked up an error I had made with my reservation and called me to check if I had spotted it, which I hadn't! I have 2 rentals booked for the autumn as much better value than booking direct and I look forward to reporting back on the rental itself. It was a pleasure to speak with David Neal!

Fantastic service - unfortunately I had to cancel my car hire reservation due to a cancelled flight, but the customer service was brilliant (really quick and very friendly) when I requested some documentation to support my travel insurance claim. A shame I couldn't use the reservation, but I'll definitely book with Clarify the next time I need car hire.

Unfortunately It has become and is becoming rarer to come across a company which has a demonstrable first rate customer service ethic, where you are genuinely left feeling as valued customer. Clarify car Hire and David Niel excelled in its customer care service which was unbelievably helpful and considerate in dealing with our recent car hire booking, the booking process and the communication with us has been effective, clear, considerate and productive throughout. Because of this and without any hesitation that we shall use them in the future.

I have just returned from a holiday in Florida, in which I required a hire car. Before I went I spent weeks going through different websites and checking prices etc, to the point I was confused. I came across Clarify by accident, through an insurance site, and noticed they were based in the UK. I phoned them and they could not have been more helpful. I then booked through them. A week before I went, I needed to extend my hire by a few hours, so I called and David Neil was very helpful and talked me through what needed to be done. Everything they did was quick and simple to understand. When I arrived in Miami, the car hire company, Alamo, were ready for me and had all my paperwork signed within minutes and they did not try and sell me extras, as Clarify had taken care of all that. This was the easiest car hire experience I have had and will be using them again.

Booked an automatic car with Clarify Car Hire and they are flexible, fast and very friendly in helping you with all the questions needed. They accept debit cards which is the main reason for choosing my holiday car with them. They ask just for 10% upfront paid with a debit card and 100euros fuel deposit rather than 99% of the competition companies asking for 2-5k to be locked on your credit card during your holidays. Many thanks to Mark Bower for helping me with booking a car for my holiday in Ireland. Highly recommended!

Brilliant customer service. As I had a few bookings they spoke to me and explained everything perfectly. No problems what so ever. Cars were perfect, needed extra drivers and a baby seat. No queueing at the airport, cars waiting for us. Special thanks to Mark for answering my daft questions and thanks to David and the team for all your help. As you know I've already booked through you

Lyndsay Yes, we have a number of Car Hire Suppliers who can provide Debit Card packages, with many of these packages also providing Low Excess and Deposit amounts. When popping on to our site, we have a filter called Debit Card accepted, by clicking this, this then takes you to our Debit Card Car Hire providers. I spoke to Hannah as I wasn't clear on the extra insurance to reduce the excess. She was incredibly helpful. I hope all works as well with the actual car hire.
