This is the second time we have booked our rental car for Orlando with Clatify. Both times I found the staff to be very helpful and efficient. I will certainly use Clarify for our next visit.

From the out set Clarify replied to my emails very quickly. I read through the booking terms and conditions and had quite a few questions. I received from Clarify a very prompt and thorough response. This meant that for the first time ever I was arranging a car rental where I understood what I was paying for and also I understood that I had no hidden pitfalls. This was so refreshing, normally arranging car hire confuses the hell out of me. I will definitely use this company again and tell my pals and family about them. Additionally dollar car rental at Albuquerque airport who I actually had the car from were great and driving to and from the airport car rental was easy. So the best car hire abroad experience that I have ever had.

I required winter tyres (legally necessary in Alto Adige, Italy between November & April) & could only find them through Clarify but was unhappy when I realised that it would be a Sicily by Car car having had a very bad experience with SBC in October 2022. However, Mark Bowers of Clarify reassured me & the Seat Cupra was excellent. We drove 1,000 miles with no trouble at all. We had 4 beautiful Pirelli winter tyres. The service at the SBC desk was excellent. I now wait to see that I have not been charged for anything having returned the car unharmed but a bit dirty.

The whole process worked very well. I was particularly impressed with Clarify's customer service. When booking the car I phoned them with an admin question, got through without any wait and received a helpful answer. After the car hire, I emailed another admin question and within 30 mins I had a call back from them and had my query resolved. Will definitely use them again.

First time using Clarify Care Hire to book my Car Hire in Sofia, Bulgaria for a Ski trip to Borovets and I was extremely happy with the customer service I received from a member of the Clarify team, Hannah. I always use my AMEX credit card to book car hire but realised at the last minute, the car hire company I used for my original booking wouldn't accept AMEX. Two day's before my trip, I was able to speak to Hannah and she was able to cancel and re-book my car hire at a very competitive price! I Would definitely recommend Clarify Car Hire!

Mark Bower couldn't have been more helpful or gone to more trouble in getting me the best deal for a car with winter tyres. In addition, he was so friendly over the phone that the whole experience was really more like making a new friend than doing business! Would definitely recommend Clarify.

Great customer experience. Hired a car from Venice to take to the Aples - in winter. The original company used stated that Winter tyres were available, but when I asked to confirm, they stated this was not available. I re-booked through Clarify, who checked and confirmed that winter tyres were fitted. Mark from Clarift took the time to check and confirm really quickly. The Car hire was painless, with a few forms to sign (pre-filled out online), Car was excellent (AWD with winter tyres) as requested, at a great price. Check-out and check-in were quick and there were no surprises. I'd certainly use Clarify Car hire again, there seems to be a certain pride in the personal touch here, and Mark had responded quickly. Not all Hire car sites are the same. I will certainly remember them in future.

Despite having hired cars in Spain and Ireland on many occassions, I find the whole process and the terminology rather confusing. Mark, from Clarify Car Hire, took time to email and call me to explain clearly how to navigate my way through the miriad of choices, and to help me understand what exactly is covered by my 'Reduce Excess' annual policy. The level of customer service provided via phone and email has been exceptional, and has led me to choosing a 'value for money' rental ahead of my next trip to Spain.

The service I received from David Neal in a 45minute phone call was brilliant, helpful and with the paperwork and confirmation emailed to me by return. Car hire prices offered in the Baleares(Majorca) were very acceptable and as an 85year old, I was delighted that Clarify sorted out a slight age barrier that exists with some car rental companies. Well done and thank you for excellent 'service' - many of us may have forgotten what that last word means!! Best regards.

We know many sites just stop offering prices to the over 70's but we felt that was both unfair and short sighted, and have built a solid customer base of users your age. I chose Clarify to ensure winter tires on a hire car. They established that the car hire company could not guarantee this so Clarify became very proactive in finding a solution. Was really impressed with the quality of the staff and communication. Will use again..
