“The products are lovely, however the slow shipping is a problem and the lack of communication or updates seems a bit of a liberty. For larger parcels, I understand a delay, however this should be communicated before and after purchase. I had a long wait for the shipping of some bed sheets too and postage of over £4. Doesn’t seem worth it! No issues with the actual products but the service takes away from the offering.”

“Made an order and heard no updates beyond the order confirmation, then messaged to ask when it was being delivered - told it was out of stock, and would be back in stock by Friday. The delivery came Thursday, so before we were told it was in stock. The parcel that's come is wrong. Mattress, sheets and protector ordered - mattress, different size protectors and no sheets delivered.”

“I'm yet to receive my order. It was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. I've been chasing the delivery company ever since. So the delivery arrangements appear inadequate to me. I'm due to give birth next week. I ordered a mattress for my moses basket and really relied on a quick delivery.”

“Only three stars as one of their promotions was very misleading. 10% off the first order didn’t materialise at all. As our first order was a rather expensive cot, I ended up feeling rather cheated. The products are of good quality albeit expensive.”

“Very difficult to assemble. Instructions advise to use hand screw driver to insert screws into the wooden base to avoid any damage to the wood, unfortunately screws provided are too wide and the wooden base has much narrower hole in them therefore makes the job near impossible and would give wrist sprains! The overall look of the basket is nice but the base does not have a trademark stamp of clair de lune on it so seems as if bought from any random shop.”

“Ordered the dimple palm moses basket and rocking stand along with the hundred blanket and 2 sheets for mattress. The moses basket is poor quality very flymsey and looks cheaper than the pic online.... the white dimple sheet hood is terrible and the coverlet has no attachment to secure it iver the top of the moses basket so nothing like the picture. Order was also missing washers for screws so these were dispatched separately. Unfortunately we had already assembled the rocking stand as baby is due and have now been advised this is none returnable so now we are left with a stand we cannot return. Had to buy a different moses basket which the stand wouldn't fit. Not very happy with overall experience would advise against the product I bought as doesn't look like the pic online.”

“I was expecting a bit more from it looking at the price, My husband had a big trouble with attaching hood, even attached was not standing for too long- totally useless feature. My baby liked sleeping in it but I could use it only until she was 3 months old as she was too big and had no space - again I expect to have it bit longer then that.”

“I had heard fantastic things about Clair de Lune moses baskets, so we ordered ours. The deluxe stand came completely disassembled, so you will have a bit of work putting this together. The predrilled holes were a bit out and so we had to put new ones in so it wasn't wonky. The attention to detail is quite poor. It doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd like, so I am a bit disappointed. The actual basket and mattress is fine. Delivery was okay, they popped in a free blanket which was a nice perk.”
