“Clair de Lune is a very practical shop to get everything you need for a moses basket or a crib. I found it very convenient that they have different models, options and packages for you to pick whatever suits you best. The quality is fab and I am happy with everything I've bought so far. My only suggestion would be for them to have more eco-friendly packaging.”

“I purchased the crib bumpers because our son was rolling over during the night and putting his arms and legs through the bars. I read opinion on certain bumpers being dangerous however clair de lune bumpers are great - the mesh is breathable and the banners of material are tied to the outside of the bars so it is secure if he full stretches up and knocks. The material is great quality and fits the cot bed of W:80cm x L:152cm well”

“I’ve not had a great experience with Clair de Lune from the beginning. To begin with, the discount code I applied at the checkout disappeared once I went to the PayPal app, meaning I was overcharged for my order. I then requested the order be cancelled. I received an email to say it had been cancelled and that I would receive an email confirmation. I didn’t - instead I got a delivery date confirmation. I emailed again to say I had requested the order be cancelled but that it had been ignored and received nothing back. The order was delivered and as my due date was fast approaching, we couldn’t mess about sending the order the back and source an alternative. When we opened the package, screws were missing or faulty - which for an item a newborn will be sleeping in is really worrying. Overall really underwhelmed with the item - especially as we paid full price for it. Disappointing customer care.”
