“I emailed into Clair De Lune asking for some information in regards to screws I was missing but I required them for the rebuild of my Moses basket stand for baby number 2. Jessey replied almost instantly, asking for my details, and posted the said screws and fittings out the same day for me, no questions asked, which I received the next day. I really did not expect this high level of service, I genuinely just wanted to know which screws I needed to buy, but it has saved me so much hassle by Jessey sending these to me when I’m heavily pregnant. It’s really really just such a small thing which has made such a difference for me! Cannot recommend claire de lune high enough and how lucky are they to have someone as attentive as Jessey working for them!”

“Lovely Moses basket and great offers! My husband accidentally tripped over the stand and broke it and they sent me a new part first class with no charge to fix it. Great service will most definitely recommend. 👌🏻”

“My initial basket was received and was lovely, but the inside cover had a small joke in it. Emailed customer service and they sent me out a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement didn’t arrive (likely due to Royal Mail) so I whacked back and got a quick response that it had been posted again. Sure enough received it the next day. Great customer service to rectify a small issue. Our Moses basket is lovely! Very happy with our purchase.”

“My sister brought us our Moses basket and she ordered it back in may! We finally started to put the Moses together and came to realise some peices were missing. I got in touch with my sister and she emailed the same day and within 2 days the missing pieces were delivered. Not only did they send them 1st class but they sent them to my address rather then my sisters which was even better! Also the Moses basket it’s beautiful. Thankyou very much!”

“Great quality Moses basket and stand. Super impressed with it and looks very stylish. Good quality mattress and love the rocking feature. Hopefully baby will like! Only con is fixing the stand was not as straight forward as we hoped. Instructions could have been clearer and the actual putting together was not as easy. But once done it’s sturdy and no issues.”
