“Terrible service. Ordered a pregnancy pillow at the start of the year. I never received the pillow and although had some contact with customer service, I never received a refund either. Would not recommend.”

We're very sorry that we didn't keep you fully up to date but we're now back on top of things in our factory. Sincerest apologies that you had to wait longer than you should have.

Payment was taken for a product that was not in stock however this had not been advised at the time of purchase, only after chasing CDL twice did I receive a very unprofessional reply as to why my order was taking so long. Finally did get the bedding which is nice.”

“Ordered a Moses basket after waiting 2 weeks I rang them and was told there was no stock left. I could have a refund or an upgrade, I went for the upgrade but realized it wasn't an upgrade at all. The original basket was worth £60+ in the sale and the one I was sent was originally priced at £38.”
