“Awful customer service, Purchased the noah pod with rocking stand. Chnaged our minds and wanted to return the product (completely untouched and unopened) and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to send this thing back. Be very careful before purchasing.”

“Haven’t used the product yet as I am still pregnant. Delivery was late as I wasn’t going to be in and ordered it to go to my local shop which they said would take an extra 24 hours (Thursday) and I didn’t receive my package until Monday and that was only because I wrote to complain.”
