“Wonderful products and excellent customer service when we had an issue with one of our orders. The customer service representative has helped us with our issue in a timely and friendly manner and also spread a little Christmas cheer too. We will definitely be ordering from Clair De Lune again and will recommend to friends & family based on the quality of products and customer care when things aren’t quite right.”

“I really couldn’t fault Clair de Lune at all! The special buy Moses basket is gorgeous and such great value! Not only the product but the customer service was amazing! FedEx fibbed about our delivery and forged a signature, I was able to actually call Clair de Lune and speak to someone within seconds! Mind blowing to speak to a human on the phone these days! Chloe who I spoke to couldn’t have provided a better service, so kind and caring and actioned straight away with great advise. Our order turned up a few hours later with FedEx so all was sorted but still feel Chloe’s service had such an impact! I’d 100% recommend buying from Clair de Lune to anyone! Thank you again Chloe!”
