“I purchased a moses basket & stand with a bath towel & I am very happy. The quality and softness of the material are superb. Cant wait for our 1st great grandchild to arrive in August.”

“Arrived quickly, but I ordered the wrong thing. Items are awkward to return I will have to make a 40min round trip to take to a collect+ point. Shame the post office wouldn't be sufficient, it's just a frustrating thing with a newborn.”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address and when I sought a refund I didn't get responses for almost a week. It's a shame as the products look lovely and eventually the person who arranged my refund was really nice but you have to chase to find out what is happening and I find that quite disappointing.”

“I purchased a Moses basket through a third party and didn't have instructions for the hood I contacted Clair de lune as they were the supplier and dealt with JesseyJames whose customer service is commendable nothing was any trouble at all she dealt with my complaint efficiently and was very focused on giving a good customer experience the issue was resolved very quickly excellent customer service thank you Jessey James brilliant”

“I'm very happy with Clair de Lune. I first bought the wrong sized mattress on the weekend and promptly emailed them to cancel the order. A very nice staff member replied to me on monday to say the order had been cancelled and i'd get a refund which I've now received. on the same monday, I ordered the right sized mattress and other items i needed. I got them today (wednesday) and I'm so happy with the quality of everything! beautiful and great products.”

“I had two issues that jess dealt with personaly on 2 separate occasions. Both was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I cannot fault her customer service skills. She is polite friendly and when she said she was going to do something I had no doubt she would. Great asset to any team. Safe to say I will be ordering futher products. Great work jess 👏👍💪👌”

“Really really happy with product. When I came to assemble it I had a wrong piece. Called customer service and spoke to Jessey. I cannot fault the customer service she provided. She went out of her way to help and sent out a replacement the same day. Have now assembled crib and its lovely and with the faultless and helpful customer service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clair de Lune.”
