“Absolutely shocking quality, no screws sent to build. Moses stand unstable. Used clair de lune since 2015 and cannot believe how terrible the quality has gotten. Poor, poor customer service!”

“I emailed customer service late in the evening with a question about a Moses basket. First think in the morning I had an email back from a girl called Jessy who was most helpful and answered all my questions and was very informative. It’s trickery picking a mattress as there as a few different types, so getting expert advice is Necessary. Thank you so much Jessy”

“We ordered a moses basket and stand from Clair de Lune, when they arrived the stand was faulty and could not be put together. The moses basket itself was poor quality and the hood could not be attached properly; not what we expected for the price we paid. We got in touch with customer services to return the items, explaining that the stand was faulty and the moses basket was poor quality. When we received the refund it was minus £6, we had been charged for the return! When I emailed to question this with customer services I got no reply, just a notification that they had refunded our return charge - no apology from the company for this or the fact we were sent faulty goods in the first place.”

“Their customer service is truly amazing. Their products are great (and we’ve bought everything from Moses baskets to buggy parasols from them). But all products and services have the occasional hiccup and the important thing is that they rectify quickly. “Ordered my Moses basket with deluxe stand through another company, the product was beautiful but there were some issues with the stand. Contacted Clair De Lune directly and spoke with Jessey who provided amazing customer service and rectified the situation promptly and efficiently. I ordered a Moses basket, Moses basket stand & fitted sheets for the mattress on the 24th, it arrived by 10am on the 26th, the products are all beautiful! Jessey was very helpful in helping me sort out an issue with a previous company who I originally ordered through that didn’t send my order across. “I had a problem with a Moses basket mattress and I emailed thinking I would get a reply in a weeks time or longer like other retailers but I got a reply the same day from Jessey James, the service was excellent. I was sent out a new mattress with Moses sheets thrown in for free, the new mattress arrived the next day. Superior service and will continue to be a customer to Clair-De-Luna with fantastic members of staff like Jessey.”
