“My dealings with City Insurance has been without question excellent, the person I spoke to at City was most helpful in assisting with my requirment it is not always the cheapest quote that matters it is getting the cover you require. It is important to have the confidence and trust the cover is what you asked for. I did move to a quote that was 40% lower than the renewal. Score 10/10 No accidents in 55 years and protected no claims bonus. No points!!”

“Very good company,they are always very helpful and try and get you the best deal . Loyalty means very little to most companies but it means a lot to city insurance and in return I will continue to use them”

“Absolutely rubbish. You will get £50 fee penalty if you cancel your insurance cover in less that 14 days (in fact less than 24 hours) cooling off period.”

We regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Unfortunately you failed to disclose a previous claim on your policy and your premium inevitably increased as a result. It was then your own choice to cancel the policy. Best regards, City Insurance
