“The Circuit City side of the Hospitality event was fine, however at Old Trafford, the staff were ill informed about directions to the suites and there was no "atmosphere" in the room as has been experienced before. In fairness, the food was very good and the drinks etc. fine, but it was lacking any excitement, the whole event being managed by the table waiters, whose only interest, (one would say as it's their job) was to take orders and bring the food/drinks to the table. In order to maintain interest and not lose business to competitors, such as the Football Hotel Hospitality events that work very well, albeit you have to source a matchday ticket elsewhere. At the end of the match, the suite remained open but on trying to leave, the lifts had been disabled and the alternative ground floor exits were locked. (Safety concern?)”

“Package cost £600. Match seats were excellent. On the halfway line. Third tier so high but view amazing. The venue for the pre match meal was away from the stadium. About a mile away. Venue was nice. Food average. Basically a 7/10 Indian buffet. Thai food consisted of noodles and a dey chicken dish so poor. 3/10. Service was very good. Staff very attentive.”
