“I was slightly panicked when I accidentally checked out using Apple Pay with an incorrect address and there was no way of logging in or calling about the error, but my email was actioned quickly and the order intercepted in time for Christmas delivery. The hot chocolate shakers are my gift of the year.”

“Prompt delivery even at a busy time of the year. The chocolates were a gift for a chocoholic friend, who has sampled many varieties and brands over the years. These were 'the best chocolates that she had ever tasted, silky smooth deliciousness'. I will have to take her word for it as she is refusing to share.”

“This works really well. Lovely hot chocolate and easy to use. I put milk in the base and heat in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Put the chocolate in a shake for a few seconds and you’re good to go. Smooth hot chocolate. What more could you want.”

“I used the gift card option for gifting at Christmas 2020 due to lockdown restrictions. The gift card option was very easy to buy and then send via email to the recipients. Many other online retailers hadn't seemed to grasp how useful and helpful to be able to send gifts via email. Sadly I haven't yet tasted any chocolate yet but really appreciated the ease of use!”

“This was the first time I have ordered from The Chocolate Society. I ordered because they came well recommended and sent a box to my son at Christmas. They were delighted with the December Box of The Month so I decided to order a box for myself. Unfortunately they were sold out apart from the Almost Perfect Factory seconds. To be honest I found it hard to know why they were seconds, they appeared in pretty good condition, perhaps 1 chocolate had a very slight discolouration. They were superb and I will be ordering again.”
