“I bought the hot choc shaker with the 61% choc drops. Such a simple solution and works really well. Easy to use, minimal fuss and a lot less clean up than a saucepan. Also, the chocolate drops themselves contain far less sugar when compared to similar products but the taste is just as good. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Delicious chocolate- the best hot chocolate shaker - easy to use & clean & makes the best hot chocolate. Excellent customer care, a friend put her hot chocolate maker lid in the microwave you are not supposed to do this, she had forgotten having not used it during the summer & they very kindly replaced with no charge although it was her fault. & we offered to pay for it. Highly recommend this company not only for their customer care but also the best top quality chocolate”

“Incredibly fast service. I placed an order around midday and the chocolates arrived less than 24 hours later, well packaged and made perfect stocking fillers. The caramelised pecans were delicious, honeycomb chocolates were declared ‘best ever’ and the chocolate coated orange peel delicious too. Now sadly all eaten. I will definitely order more.”

“Ordered these to be sent direct to my daughter as a Christmas gift. Apparently they looked and smelt so delicious she ate one immediately she opened the box. I’m told there was plenty of delicious oozy filling. Only down side was they didn’t last long! Will have to order more!”

Think you need to refine your system a bit - we are the recipients of a gift from Linda Smith but your request addresses us as Linda and is obviously intended for the purchaser!”

Hi, Thank you for your review and sorry for the confusion regarding the name. I have had a look into this, and think I have seen the problem. The review system is completely automated by a third party software provider (www.reviews.co.uk). There are three main important parts of the order information that the review software looks at: Billing Name & Address Shipping Name & Address Email Address (Normally the purchasers email address) When a review is sent, it is sent to the name in the **billing section**, and to the **email address** which is normally the purchaser. On this particular order, Linda did not enter her email address, she used yours instead (which typically doesn't happen as customers tend not to want receipts sent to the gift recipient etc). This has meant that the name in the email and review is taken from the **billing section**, but sent to your email address. I know this probably sounds really confusing, and I apologise for that. Unfortunately as a small business with limited funds available for custom website development, we have to rely on third party software providers to provide us with affordable technology solutions, however as a result we are unable to change any part of the review software, but can assure you that 99.99% of the time, the review system works really quite well. :) I hope you enjoy the Christmas pudding and the chocolates too! “Quick delivery and arrived safely. Most importantly the chocolates were absolutely delicious.
