“Very nice chocolate box”

“I bought two boxes of the January selection for my sister and a friend. They seemed to like them & I've reordered the February box for my sister. However, when I was concerned that the first delivery wasn't arriving due to a holdup of some sort, I didn't receive a personal reply to my email which I found rather irritating. I think the customer service side of things could be improved. When I'd put in my next order for February I then received an email saying that I could have added free chocolate bars with a code they gave me, but it was too late by then. That was a real shame. Quality of the product seems fantastic.”

“I never normally write reviews – ever really – but The Chocolate Society really deserve this one. First, the Hot Chocolate Shaker is excellent. I bought one before Christmas and the hot chocolate truly is the best anyone in my family have ever tasted. We've tried some really creative recipes now too – anything goes! I don't normally like hot chocolate and even I can't resist a cup made with chocolate orange or Nutella or white chocolate or... you get the idea. I've now bought another one as a present and I can see it becoming a frequent purchase until everyone I know has one. Secondly, the company are amazing. So quick at answering queries, very friendly and helpful and they even proactively checked everyone had their orders before Christmas in case they needed to send replacements out because of the pandemic-related postage situation. Both mine have arrived ridiculously quickly too, in just a couple of days. Congratulations The Chocolate Society – you're getting everything right!!”

“Really pleased with this - it really does make a lovely smooth hot chocolate....have even used it with powdered versions where you just add hot water .....these are normally really lumpy but this solves that. Great customer service too! I had a small problem with the delivered item, but this was resolved super fast!”

“What a discovery The Chocolate Factory is! I love dark chocolate and have tried all sorts of hand made chocolate suppliers but The Chocolate Factory chocolates are the best yet. The dark chocolate is delicious - wrapped around honeycomb, in a bar, through a truffle.. but the thing is, it seems moist when you eat it and the flavour is pure. Refreshing and delicious. Sometimes dark chocolate is hard and worthy but The Chocolate Society chocolate is sublime. I was wary of the chocolate 'pods' in the selection boxes but in reality they are amazing - bursts of liquid flavour! I would highly recommend and am looking forward to my next order.”

“The chocolate produced here is top notch. Smooth as butter, great snap, amazing taste. I honestly haven't had chocolate as good as The Chocolate Society. I'll be placing another order soon enough.”
