“Chocolate is a big thing for myself and my partner so when I stumbled across the Chocolate Society I was very excited. After many Box of the Month purchases we're smitten and having flirted with other suppliers we keep coming back, that says an awful lot about the exciting flavours, quality and presentation on offer. Keep up the great work!”

“My wife loves her chocolate; but she knows which chocolate she loves the most. That chocolate is anything from The Chocolate Society. When I buy her a chocolate gift and want to be sure it will be appreciated, I turn to The Chocolate Society. They aren’t the cheapest chocolates; but buying cheaper varieties often proves to be false economy. In my opinion it is not worth risking a disappointed wife; go straight for the best!”

“Recently placed two orders online but for COLLECTION - unfortunately this wasnt picked up on the system so I received quite a few emails about delivery from DPD and then had to cancel this with The Chocolate Society as I felt I couldnt have delivery when I hadnt paid for it! Slightly annoying that it happened twice! The chocolates look lovely but cant comment on them as keeping them for Christmas!”

“I regularly order from you and particularly enjoy the caramel milk chocolate bar. This time I also ordered the limited edition blond chocolate truffles - they were delicious and I highly recommend them. I have just finished the box and immediately wish to order more.”

“Sadly my ofder did not arrive whan the e mail said it would. It came 3 days later. When I opened the parcel there was cocoa dust everywhere spoiling the appearance of the box. The ehite ribbon was vovered in dust and I had a job to wipe it off. Very dissappointed as it is.a present for someone.”

Dear Penny, Thank you for your recent order and your review. I have seen that you placed your order on Thursday 22nd November at 10am. We despatched your order the very same day and delivery was attempted to you the next day on Friday 23rd December. As you weren't home to sign for the parcel and no delivery instructions left for the courier, delivery could not be completed and as such your parcel on Friday was not possible and it was redelivered the next working day which was on the Monday. As a small business we put our customers satisfaction at the top of our priorities and as such if we had been informed that the cocoa powder had come out of the box we would have immediately sent a replacement box. Unfortunately the first we have heard of the problems with your order is here on your review. I've sent you an email to see if we can send another box and I await your reply. Kind Regards Al
