Not as good as usual standard, also becoming very expensive with the delivery charge as well.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. We're not sure why this might have been, but we appreciate you letting us know. As for our delivery charge, we’ve kept it the same for more than five years, however increasing ingredients costs over the years have inevitably affected our prices, but we thank you for your feedback.

Hi. I ordered one of your baubles (reduced price I think?) with chocolates inside. The bauble was broken into several pieces but I didn't bother to get in touch as was for me and I still enjoyed it! Just wanted to make you aware. The chocolate was lovely 😋

We take great care with all our packing, especially as many of our items are gifts, so we’re disappointed that this happened. It arrived a day later then was expected and it was in all bits I was really annoyed as it was a present for my friend.

Our Customer Care team confirmed that Royal Mail attempted delivery on the expected day, but unfortunately they were unable to access the address at that time. The parcel was then successfully delivered the following day, within the expected delivery window. We’re confident that the brownie would have still been in perfect condition, even with the slight delay, and we trust that your friend enjoyed it too. Very sorry but I did not enjoy the chocolate covered orange segments which had misleadingly good but reviews. Enormous lumps of chocolate and semi dried orange. Not refined and not tasty. The Christmas selection box of chocolates however were good. Rich and chocolatey.

Thank you for your honest feedback and we're sorry the chocolate-covered orange segments didn't meet your expectations. We take beautifully sticky candied Spanish orange slices and smother them in two layers of our 72% house dark chocolate from Ecuador for a deliciously thick, crunchy chocolate coating, so they're more indulgent than refined. But we're glad you enjoyed the Festive Selection and hope that you'll enjoy our chocolates again.

Majority of order were Xmas gifts but we kept one box of assorted chocolates for us. We love premium chocolates but these were not really to our taste. We found them mediocre compared to other premium brands and did not think they were worth their price and would not buy again.

The first problem is with regard to the packaging. The two hampers were packed in a box in which the cardboard was not thick enough. Consequently, when they were delivered the box was damaged in several places. Secondly, one of the hampers contained an item that should have been packed in the other hamper. Lastly, no tracking information was provided, so that the courier had to leave the parcel in a safe place, chosen by it. So, in conclusion the service was poor and I will not be ordering from Chococo in the future.

If any items arrive damaged and if any items are wrong please do let us know as soon as possible after delivery so that we can put it right for you. You should have received tracking updates from Royal Mail so we're sorry if you didn't receive these.

The millionaire shortbread was disappointing. The chocolate had all broken on the top and had separated from the caramel. The caramel was grainy. Sorry I wouldn’t order again

The honeycomb chocolate was good but the salted cashew was so salty we couldn’t eat it. The mega milk tasted like dark so the dark chocolate lovers still liked it but milk chocolate lovers will not.

Hi there. The chocolates were ok. The good ones were great (1/3 of the mix?). The others were so/so. I’d suggest focusing on less of a variety and going to market with only your best—even if that means repeating some flavours within the variety box.

Chocolates seem ok - but had lots of problems with delivery. First delivery went MIA and then their insistence on being signed for meant a further delay. Summer/chocolates and postage are not natural bedfellows

Thank you, we're so glad to hear you enjoyed the chocolate. We're very sorry that your order went astray and you were subsequently dissatisfied with delivery of the replacement box. Our orders are sent by Royal Mail as we find them very efficient at delivering to domestic addresses. We offer a variety of postal options but all are sent by tracked delivery so that you can follow the progress of your delivery, update the delivery options if you or the recipient is not going to be there, and have confirmation of when it is delivered. As it is tracked delivery, depending on the postie, the parcel may require a signature on delivery. If no one is in, a card will be left and the item can either be collected from the local delivery office or a re-delivery can be arranged. Royal Mail offers an online re-delivery service so that you do not have to call them, just arrange it via their website at royalmail.com.

I was really looking forward to the Cherry Bakewell brownie, but it was a bit disappointing, there didn't seem to be any cherry in it! It was quite nice as a chocolate brownie with a hint of almond, but for the price I was expecting more. I had a free delivery code too so I just paid £16.50, with delivery it would cost over £20 and I definitely don't think it would be worth buying again unfortunately. It was wrapped nicely and arrived very quickly though.

I ordered your chocolates after seeing them online, so had no idea what they were like. I'm sorry but I wish I could have tasted samples before ordering as I wouldn't have chosen the box I did had I done so. I liked some but really didn't like others and they were quite expensive as far as I was concerned. I'm sorry but I won't be ordering from you again. Thank you.

We're sorry to hear this, but as you can probably imagine, if we offered samples, we wouldn't have much of a viable business! The box you selected contained a curated selection of award-winning chocolates and truffles. All have won either - or sometime several - Great Taste, Academy of Chocolate or International Chocolate Awards, so are judged excellent by independent chocolate & foodie experts. We're sorry if this wasn't the case for you.

I think your chocolates would benefit from a thicker chocolate coating. Although the fillings are tasty the chocolate seemed to be wafer thin.

Thank you, we're thrilled to hear that you love our flavours, but sorry if the chocolate seemed to be on the thin side. Our casings should be the perfect thickness to provide a good amount of delicious, ethically sourced chocolate that compliments the fillings and provides a crisp bite, but without overtaking the flavour profiles.

I used to love Chococo - it was my go to chocolate supplier for Xmas and Easter and even birthdays. However somehow it feels like it has lost its depth of flavour, aroma and general wow factor. It's a shame as I support the brand values etc but there are tastier chocs on the market for a similar price.

To be honest they didn't really taste of very much and the ginger centre, in my opinion, was not a large enough piece.

We're so pleased that your chocolate looked beautiful, but sorry it wasn't for you flavour-wise. Our Oat M!lk chocolate is the perfect dairy-free alternative to milk chocolate. Made without gluten, soya, or nuts, it is a wonderful plant-based chocolate that has a truly ‘creamy’ taste and is much like a classic milk chocolate. In fact, during taste tests, most people could not tell this was made with oat m!lk and thought that it was a regular milk chocolate.

We do hope that the chocolate was still a pleasure to eat despite its less-than-perfect appearance. All our chocolate gifts are despatched in perfect condition as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. But if any items are unfortunately broken in transit by circumstances beyond our control, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, or within 2 weeks of a key gifting event (eg. Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas).

Delicious Easter egg, however for the price it was incredibly small, smaller than some supermarket Easter eggs. However I do love the themes that they did.

Disappointing. The chocolate egg arrived completely shattered, obv some work required on wrapping. As it was a gift I only found it on Easter day. Would have given 5 stars if it was not for that
