We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that the box of chocolates you sent arrived without a gift message. We can see from your order that there was no message saved to the order; if there had been, it would have shown on your Order Confirmation. The likely case is that you added the message but did not use the 'Save' button. For any future orders, you just need to click on the Save button once you've composed your message.

“There is little I can say about the latest box I gave to a friend who so far has made numerous excuses for not sharing them with me, am I surprised, not at all, it happens everytime i give her a box of Chococo”

“I ordered a Chococo vegan chocolate Santa as pre-Xmas treat for my vegan daughter, as she couldn't get hold of a vegan chocolate advent calendar. The Santa arrived in good time, nicely packed to protect the chocolate. My daughter thought the Santa design was a bit weird, as it was faceted as if to look a bit arty and non-boring but this had a kind of unfestive effect. She liked the chocolate though, which is the main thing. So to Chococo I'd recommend going for another Santa design, not one that looks like it would be given as a present in Bizarro World (in vintage Superman comics).”

Thank you, we're so pleased your daughter enjoyed our Oat M!lk chocolate, but sorry she didn't love Santa's shape. We use a faceted design for most of our seasonal novelties at Christmas and Easter, but we appreciate your feedback. A tip for later this year ... we usually launch pre-orders for our Advent Calendars during September, so why not join our mailing list and you can be one of the first to hear about it. Then you'll be able to surprise your daughter with our plant-based version in 2024.

“I ordered the chocolate salami as it looked great and realistic with the netting and accurate colouring. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive after a week of ordering. Since it was for a gift and the gift date had passed I was a little disappointed also as I had not received any notification on the order at all. After contacting via PayPal I had a response and the item arrived a few days later. The problem is I had asked for a refund as the item was no longer suitable but it was sent anyway. When the item arrived is was poorly packaged but more importantly it did not look like the image that drew me to it in the first place with no netting and presented a lot differently.”

We're sorry to hear about the problems with your order. I've had a look into your delivery and can see that your order was despatched a little later than anticipated, however we don't guarantee delivery dates and we would always suggest that if you need something for a special date that you select our first class delivery service. When you contacted us by email we advised that your order had already left us (and we had in fact even upgraded your delivery to First Class) so we were unable to stop it, but we suggested that the delivery be refused, and a refund would have been processed once Royal Mail returned it to us. Alternatively, you are always able to cancel an order within 30 days and we'll even send you a returns label and refund in full. We are sorry to hear about the appearance of the item. If you had let us know at the time, and sent some pictures, we could have looked into this for you (or again, you could have returned the item for a refund). Each Salami is wrapped by hand in foil and parchment paper and finished with genuine butcher’s twine for a truly authentic feel, so we're sorry if this wasn't the case. We don't want any unhappy customers and our Customer Care team are here to help if things go wrong, but we can't put things right if we're not given the opportunity.

Sorry that you didn't fall in love with our chocolates. The webpage for the Large Fresh Selection Box shows the Eat By date, states that the box contains fresh ingredients and that they need to be eaten quickly. The messages are repeated in various forms to make it as obvious as possible, so we're sorry if you missed that information.

“I love chococo but have never had the advent calendar before so treated myself this year and it didn’t disappoint, really enjoyed the calendar and the chocolate Wars as great as all the other products from chococo. Not too sickly sweet which is perfect for me.”

“I haven't eaten chocolate for over 15 years as I am allergic to soya and I'd pretty much given up ever eating it again. I was sent some chocolate by a friend who told me to check the ingredients and try some as it was delicious. I did and it was! It reminded me of the chocolate we all used to have as children.No palm oil,no soya,no additives-just natural ingredients.Chococo chocolate tastes amazing,delicious and doesn't make me ill! Thank you.”

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this, but we're glad that the parcel got to you for Twixmas and you were still able to enjoy them. Looking at your order, it looks as though the incorrect postcode was used when placing the order, which most likely caused the problem with delivery. It's always a good idea to double-check all details on our order confirmations which are automatically issued as soon as orders are placed online. That way we have time to make any corrections or changes if necessary. It looks as though Royal Mail must have given your parcel the personal treatment and checked the postcode against the address, realised the error, and got your parcel to you, so a gold star to Royal Mail for this one!

The chocs themselves are special. 25 different chocs with a range of different tastes , and a description of each one , especially the award winners . A real find !”
