We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Absolutely scrumptious chocolates, particularly the molasses & Brown Butter Caramel! The only thing which let the whole buying experience down was, sadly, Royal Mail. We selected to have the chocolates delivered on a Friday, they were dispatched on the Thursday by 1st class but sadly Royal Mail didn't deliver until the Monday. (I've not removed any stars for that as it's not Chococo's fault - but it arguably does require revised consideration of the deliver method as 1st class often doesn't get there next day!)”

Thank you for loving Chococo! Sorry to hear about the delivery but we should point out that our preferred date deliveries aren't guaranteed, although the vast majority of 1st class tracked parcels do make it next day.

“Got a chocolate lobster and some hot chocolate flakes for my chocolate-loving girlfriend. She said "it is good" so I think that's a win. Also nice packaging, prompt delivery and seemingly ethical company, so overall a win.”

“Fantastic! Fab products, always good quality, lovely range to chose from and some really interesting flavour options. Customer service is brilliant. Had an issue with the delivery (the carriers fault, not Chococo’s) rectified rapidly via email. Can’t recommend enough!!”

“Firstly, its lovely chocolate! Secondly, customer service is excellent: on this occasion there was a delay at Chococo in availability of the items I'd ordered. My delivery option was upgraded, at no charge to me, to get the items to me asap - they arrived in plenty of time. Well done Chococo. I also think the packaging designs are terrific.”

“The valentines chocolate box was absolutely delicious. Me and my other half ate them all in one go. There was no point in keeping any for the next day as they were too good to put down. My favourite was the cherry bakewell”
