We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

We're sorry to read this. The Hazelnut Gems have a roasted hazelnut encased in our 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award-winning 65% Mega Milk Chocolate, so by their very nature, might be considered relatively solid to bite into. Our our 'dark milk' Mega Milk chocolate is handmade of single origin chocolate made by our raise trade partners Chocolaterie Robert in Madagascar, from Grand Cru de Sambirano cocoa beans and it contains 65% cocoa (which is more than even many dark chocolates out there), 27% milk and just 8% added sugar.

“Although expensive for the quantity The oat dark chocolate was very good and the ingredients variant was undetectable. Like all dark chocolate I think dipping in hot drink helps release the taste that isn't always apparent or appreciated cold.”

Sorry to hear this, but we hope you're not trying to eat them straight from the fridge. This will make some of the more solid chocolates harder to eat. The shells and bases of our chocolates should be quite thin, so sorry if some were thicker than you were expecting.

Thanks so much! Our Oat M!lk chocolate has a smooth, rich, yet creamy chocolate taste and is the perfect milk chocolate alternative. With no dairy, gluten, nuts or soya, it's 'milk' chocolate but not as you know it and in a blind taste test, lots of our tasters thought they were eating a dairy-based classic milk chocolate!

“For the second time , I have not recieved the promised discount voucher code for future purchases . I have bought chocolate gifts since my last order but went elsewhere due to disappointment in being let down . Last time I enquired in store about retrieving the discount code but they were unable to help . Your chocolate is fantastic but I think the IT needs tightening up to avoid disappointment and losing trade .”
