We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“N|ot used you before but found you on the Easyfundraising site, so decided to use you to give a gift and raise some money for my charity. It worked well. My friend, a chocoholic loved his present which was slipped through his letter box. Great idea. Thanks.”

Thank you, we're glad to hear you enjoyed our chocolate, but sorry that you didn't pick up on all the different flavours of our sumptuous fillings. This sounds like a worrying case of - dun, dun, duuuuun - Chocolates Eaten Straight From The Fridge (small scream)!! Please no, not straight from the fridge!! Just like cheese, the flavours are best if the chocolates are brought back to room temperature before being eaten.

“Disappointed, as not enough care taken for delivery. Although chocolates were very nice four had melted in the box leaving a mess, thank goodness they were not purchased as a present.”

Sorry to read this as we thought we'd explained about our clusters. Some of our chocolates - Hazelnut Latte Cluster & Roasted Almond Cluster - might give the appearance that they have melted, but it's just they way they have been made; they're piped into the petit fours cases whilst melted, and then they solidify (so they're not round domes or gems like our other chocolates.

“Amazing fresh chocolates but didnt realise the very short shelf life. So tricky getting for a birthday present in advance as the date ran out before the birthday.”

We're so glad that you thought they were amazing, but sorry you missed all the alerts we put on our product pages for our fresh chocolates! We clearly show the 'Eat by' date on the photo and state that they contain fresh ingredients so they need to be eaten quickly. You can even select a delivery date in the future so we deliver our freshest chocolates when you want them, just perfect to order for birthdays!

“Very beautifully presented and the packaging was attractive, yet of sustainable materials. The chocolate was given as a gift and am therefore unable to comment further. Thank you! Our Cheeky Monkey Chocolate Bar is handcrafted with our Oat M!lk chocolate, studded with sweet, crunchy banana chips and sprinkled with cinnamon, so the banana flavour should come through from the chips.
