“Actually really disappointing - for the price of the product you really expect something more than you'd get from a high street shop. It was well-presented but the flavours and textures were just very underwhelming. I didn't feel like it was good value for money at all. Would probably go back to a trusted brand like Hotel Chocolat in future - Sorry.”

“The slab was not delivered because no one was in. I had imagined that it would fit through a letterbox; so it was taken to a sorting office from where I know it has not yet been collected. It was just a “happy birthday” thought for a friend but now it has turned into a problem. I doubt he will go to collect it.”

“I'm afraid that this selection was poor in terms of flavour and variety. I'm used to pronounced flavours and my favourite chocolates come from the Belgian Line in Antwerp. These chocolates are expensive and must be judged by a suitably high standard. The flavours were not particularly distinctive (doublers of the chocolate with a cranberry in it, the nutmeg, the hazelnut). I'm disappointed as my partner thought that she'd bought me a special selection for Christmas.”

“I'm sorry to say I was a bit disappointed in this selection. The majority were caramel-based, unfortunately I really don't like caramel. Had I known this, I would have chosen something different. Sad😕 as these were a one- off luxury buy. Good delivery and packaging though.”

“The vegan Easter egg was so much more expensive than the regular dairy kind, but I was willing to pay it as I figured it must be something very special, but didn't feel that way about the taste. Just a bit disappointed, really, but wish the company well.”

“I was actually very disappointed. The Easter eggs wasn't dispatched, when I emailed asking where it was Chococo said that they didn't know what Royal mail had done with it!!! I hadn't received any notification from royal mail. Chococo dispatched another one but it arrived to late 😠 they didn't even offer to refund the postage 😠”

“Chocolates were ordered online as a gift. The shipping and buyers addresses got merged together so the delivery was sent to the wrong town but the address didn't actually exisit so they were returned and then redelivered. The gift was ordered in time for a Mothers Day delivery but failed to get there on time which was a disappointment and I had some explaining to do!”

“Ordered chocolate coffee beans as I wanted some for a present. I normally buy them in an organic shop but they come in a brown paper bag and I wanted it to look more gifty. Only my opinion, but the Chococo ones are not a patch on my local shop. The chocolate was very mild and almost vanilla in taste. It needs to be quite sharp to match the strong coffee bean taste. Its a shame I do like your chocolate drops but will not be buying the overpriced - £6.50 for 80gms? chocolate covered coffee beans again.”

“Honestly, the chocolate is amazing in taste and texture. But, I recently gifted and ordered for myself the Rose and Lemon Turkish Delight. The package I received disappointingly did not contain any rose flavour and I personally found the lemon flavour completely overpowered by the chocolate coating.”

“Disappointed with the studded Easter egg. I should have looked into the details more thoroughly. I didn't realise how tiny it is given the price. I don't want to give it to the intended recipient as it looks so miserly, very disappointed in the product.”

“The note that you can write was not even centered on the card. When you pay £15 for an Easter Egg, at the very least you expect basic presentation skills. Very disappointed and won't order again as the egg was also very small.”
