I didn’t get the egg I wanted. The person I was buying for only eats dark chocolate and I was sent milk

Sadly you delivered the wrong happy birthday chocolate to my daughter.... I ordered the vegan friendly but sadly the milk chocolate arrived Very disappointing.... I have sent an email and tried to phone several times.... hopefully you will rectify.... Thank you

The order was not dispatched until after the expected delivery date. The response from the company did little to satisfy my disappointment. If the option to choose a delivery date is available, it should be adhered to, to the best of the company's ability. Don't over promise and under deliver.

I never received my order, I had brought presents for all my family for Christmas. It was sent via Royal Mail and a signature should have been provided, but was not. My post room at work confirm nothing was delivered for me on the date Royal Mail claim it was. I have successfully received all my other orders through my post room and know they can be trusted. When I contacted customer services at Chococo I was told I could try contacting the local depot myself as they had no more information than I did. Royal Mail say that the sender should deal with it (Chococo). I am now left with no gifts for Christmas and no help. I feel as though Chococo have stolen from me and am really upset.

I love the classic chocolates but unfortunately was sent vegan chocolates by mistake. I've complained but heard nothing back. I would love to give you a good review but at present I am not a happy customer.

seems that every day you send me an email about the Easter egg I bought for my Wife Helen that hasn't arrived - you really are a pain in the neck. I shall not buy another item from you in any year in the future, even though we have bought from you every year since you first opened when we come down to Swanage and stay at the Pines Hotel David Clifford

This chocolate was for my wife, she normally has 100% chocolate from hotel Chocolate- in comparison yours is very poor in both taste and texture, + it is far more expensive- will not be buying again.

You said it would arrive by 3/3 for my 89 years old sister's birthday on 4/3 But eventually it turned up on 8th March...I was about to call you to ask where it was! Very disappointed but I believe she is enjoying the chops.

I can confirm your order was sent first class and in good time to arrive on your preferred delivery date. We do state our standard 3-5 day delivery option is not guaranteed which is why we offer a guaranteed delivery option too. I wanted these delivered on a specific date, the option was stated online. It was not available. I sent an email requesting it and I received no response. There was nothing in the gift indicating it was a 3 month subscription. I am now concerned my sister will not get her next 2 months delivery. Dissappointed in Canada!

Hi Julie, I am so sorry you feel disappointed. I am afraid we have no record of an email from you regarding a date request, otherwise we would have been more than happy to arrange a specific delivery date for you, so apologies for that mix up. We have your order and your sister will of course receive her next 2 boxes, she would have received a newsletter enclosed with her box of chocolates explaining she would receive 2 more boxes of chocolates for the next 2 months.
