We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“I purchased as a gift for my mother, as I've always enjoyed Chococo products and packaging. Clearly her tastes differ from mine though, as she wasn't impressed. She told me that although the various different flavours all sounded very interesting she couldn't actually tell the difference between them. She ate them all and was grateful, but asked me not to buy them for her again in future. Oh well, you can't please everyone!”

“When the delivery didn't find its way to my house they contacted the delivery company to handle that side of things and sent me a new egg before Easter. Great customer service”

“I bought Easter Eggs for my daughter & grand daughter, my first purchase from chococo so I eagerly waited feedback. Not long to wait; "Thank you for the amazing eggs!" quickly appeared in my inbox. The eggs looked so good they didn't quite make it to Easter Day but were very much enjoyed in the run up to Easter. Based on this feedback I treated myself & a friend to some "Chococo chocolates. My box of Sea Salt Caramels haven't made it to Easter Day either. They were delicious!”

“Arrived broken. Won't refund me till the get they get the broken egg back despite the fact I sent them proof of postage.”

Sorry that your egg arrived damaged, but as we explained, because you decided to return the whole order and not just the broken item, we needed to received back the goods before we could provide a full refund. This was duly processed the same day as the return was received.

“Easter eggs were a gift and the recipient has not yet eaten them. Delivery was swift and accurate though. Glad they use Royal Mail and not one of the other awful parcel delivery services.”
