We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Love the chocolates and everyone I've sent them to has loved them too! Great choice and really good quality. My only minor gripe is that it's quite hard to predict the dispatch and delivery date, so if you want something to be delivered on a birthday it can be quite hit and miss as to whether they arrive on the day, a day early or a day late.”

A calendar will pop up and you can select the preferred future delivery that you would like. Please be aware that this is a 1st Class service and so it is not a guaranteed date, we currently do not offer guaranteed delivery.

Oh no, this is really sad and clearly disappointing, and certainly not how we want our lovely chocolate to arrive. If you'd let us know, we could have put this right for you. Please be assured that we don't want any of our customers to be unhappy, and we'd never knowingly send out damaged chocolates. We hope that the chocolate was just as delicious despite its less-than-perfect appearance.

Yes, sorry about that. We do say this in our FAQ's. As we explained, you managed bypass the website by keeping United Kingdom as the country rather than change it to USA; if you'd changed it, you would not have been given any delivery options. At the moment we don't send outside the UK and we do not send to the USA, Canada or the rest of the world due to the amount of time our perishable items are likely to spend in transit.

“Horribly overpriced. Small size chocolate advent calendar. Dairy free 17year old said the chocolates were “just ok - nothing special”. Think I’ll go back to M&S truffles for a quarter of the price!”

Ouch! Our Countdown to Christmas consists of 25 exquisite hand-crafted chocolates - many of them award-winning - made with raisetrade chocolate that's sustainable, slave free & ethical. All hand-packed into planet friendly, recyclable packaging. Worth every penny, but sadly just not appreciated by some 😢️

“Great looking plant based products on the website. Made an order and it did not arrive. Emailed company and was told order probably dispatched without a courier label. Order was re-sent and arrived at its destination.....maybe they forgot to send the first one? Who knows. However, not a good first impression.”

“So good, I often joke that my extended family should take out shares in Chococo, we send gifts of Chococo chocolates to each other on every occasion. Many of our family have allergies and preferences and Chococo can provide for everyone, we trust them. We have been buying their chocolate since shortly after they started in the little shop in Swanage where we holidayed annually, Now we are dispersed, we can still enjoy their products, wonderful.”

“Love the packaging..... sustainable and good quality. It would be great to be able to buy tiny individually wrapped (foil) chocolates at all times of year for my children.....(advent calenders but also to put into treat bags etc) we try where possible to buy plastic free. Haven't tasted it yet so send me another reminder to review in January!”

Thanks for loving our plastic-free packaging credentials. Unfortunately we simply don't have the resources to offer individually wrapped chocolates and we'd rather not over-package where we don't need to, but we have lots of gorgeous treat-sized chocolates like turtles, mice & dinosaurs that your little ones would love, and you can always wrap them yourself!
