We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“One of two Easter tubes was delivered very promptly to EX17, but the one for Bristol didn't get delivered until April 11th, after Easter. Can you explain, and I just hope that your delicious chocolates had not suffered during the delay.”

Sorry that one of your orders was delayed in transit. As we've advised privately, both parcels were despatched at the same time, but one was held up at Royal Mail's Bristol depot, however the items won't have been adversely affected. Sorry that we were let down by Royal Mail in this instance.

“I ordered Easter eggs for my children, one of whom is dairy free. Both eggs were equally delicious and had a very satisfying chocolate crack. Excellent flavour, overall extremely satisfied!”

“Ordering was very easy and all products were as described and arrived in good time for Easter. This was the first time I'd tried Chococo, and would look to buy other items from them on special occasions. The addition of less sugar options is very welcome.”

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this. The egg you had was made from our signature 47% single origin milk chocolate, crafted at origin for us by our direct trade partners Luker in Colombia, from fine Fino de Aroma cocao beans grown in the Huila, Tumaco & Santander regions. This milk chocolate is exclusive to Chococo and contains more cocoa (& therefore less sugar - only 30%!) than most other milk chocolates for a surprisingly creamy yet rich cocoa taste with bright top notes.

“My order was meant to be a surprise gift, delivered just before Easter. I filled out the order form for delivery and billing addresses - correctly - and for some reason they sent my order to me and not the intended recipient. When I raised this with their customer service, they just said they were "baffled", and they closed my query with no resolution.”

We're sorry that you felt there was no resolution. As we explained, the address information provided when placing your order online will have been included on your Order Confirmation - our website can't change this. We tried to explain that your order only contained one address - the same for both Billing & Delivery - and this was on your Order Confirmation. The reason we were baffled is because when we are provided with only one address, there is only one address to send it to.

“I purchased one of the dinosaur/fossil eggs for my partner as well as a few small bits for myself. The chocolate was of excellent quality, and I received really clear communication throughout about order processing and delivery. Unfortunately, the egg was broken when it arrived. This somewhat ruined the surprise for my partner when they opened it. I appreciate that can happen to fragile purchases during transit, but I do think the box was a little over full which may have led to the breakage. Nonetheless, I would absolutely order products from Chococo again if I was in the market for excellent quality chocolate!”
