“The millionaires shortbread tasted amazing. The only thing that let it down was the chocolate had a defect on it like it had got warm. It was ok as I was sharing it with good friends at work but couldn’t have given it is a gift. The brownie was nice but as it was a rush buy I hadnt noticed it said gluten free. Have to say I don’t like the texture of the gluten free type brownies - would prefer a “normal one” which I can’t easily see if available.”

Thank you, we're so glad you loved the Millionaire's Shortbread. It looks like the chocolate may have bloomed if it got warm whilst in transit. It's perfectly harmless - just some of the sugar separating - so it still tastes great. All of our brownies are made with rice flour to make them gluten free and deliciously truffle-like which is our signature brownie style.

“The product was good, delivery was disappointing as it was advertised as a letterbox gift but couldn’t be posted through the letterbox so didn’t arrive on the correct day.”

We're so glad that you loved our brownies, but sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery. Our bakes aren't a letterbox gift, so sorry if you got the wrong end of the stick there. We've checked the tracking and can see that delivery was attempted on the date that delivery was requested but there was nobody there, hence delivery was reattempted the next day.

“Chocolate was ultimately fine but please tell your courier’s not to leave your parcels in someone’s garden rubbish bin. Doesn’t make for an appealing food gift!!”

We're glad that the chocolates were enjoyed. However we're really sorry to see about the delivery, but thanks for letting us know. We'll take it up with Royal Mail as they certainly shouldn't be doing this!

“The chocolates looked fantastic, and have been appreciated. But they were sent to my address and I intended for them to be sent directly ( and anonymously) to the address of the theatre that I included. Maybe I ticked the wrong box somewhere? Anyway my wife sneaked them in and left them without anyone spotting so it all ended up OK”

Thank you we're so glad they were well received. We can only deliver to addresses provided on the order, and as there was only one on yours, it sounds like maybe you missed something as you were going through the checkout. All you need to do is provide the delivery address, untick the box if your billing address and the delivery address are different, and then provide the billing address.

“I ordered the new season autumnal selection as there were more dark chocolates in this selection than previous ones I've looked at buying. They all sounded great and they didn't disappoint; singular type boxes of the Toffee Apple Caramel, Black Forest Gateaux and Tangerine Dream would be a good idea as they seemed to be the favourites of the whole family - keep the dark chocolate selection boxes coming please 😁”

“Puechased 2 boxes of Black Forest Brownies. 1 was for my friend Elizabeth., Who informed me she cuts hers into 9 squares..I cut mine into 3.. ate 1 and a half slices in one go. Saved the remains for coffee next day. I just can not stop eating it YUM YUM YUM.”

“Was looking for an alterboartive to a well know former subscription chocolate company that has become a bit samey. CHOCOCO does not disappoint. Box is varied and delicious, every chocolate an unexpected favour or combination. Will definitely be reordering.”
